How do you go about setting your intentions?
The best way to set intentions in motion is to actually visualize it. This is because your mind understands images and pictures.
You see, your mind cannot tell the difference between something you imagine or something that is right in front of you!
Visualizing is actually the best way to bypass your conscious and subconscious beliefs that may be limiting you.
The problem is a lot of people get into a bad habit of thinking about what they don’t want and what they don’t have, often held in place by their un-healed traumas, old stories and heart wounds.
If you can resonate with the above, what you may not realise is that you can actually change your thoughts!
It may take some conscious effort on your part at first, but with a little practice you will create a new habit of focusing on what you want.
Start day dreaming about the reality you want. Do this first thing in the morning and make it your last thoughts before going to bed.
And every time you catch yourself thinking about what you don’t have or what you don’t want throughout the day, immediately change the image in your mind to what you do want and pretend you already have it.
Now that’s not all.. Fueling your visualizations is the next important step! If you have missed this part out in the past then you are not visualizing properly.
Feelings and emotions drive your thoughts and energize your visualizations!
How would you feel if you had what you want to manifest?
Would you feel love, joy, peace, or perhaps more fulfilled? Whatever the feeling, you need to feel it whilst holding the image in your mind of what you desire.
Lastly take action!
Make a plan, write down steps and cultivate the feeling of having what you want daily.
Whatever that feeling is do more of what helps you feel it in your heart.
Observe how things show up, synchronize and magic happens when your intentions and feelings are aligned with your actions.
