  • Write a letter from your mother to inner child and express what you would have liked her to say to you back then or now. Once that’s done read that letter to yourself out loud, imagine you are reading this to your inner child. Do this daily until this as long as you feel is necessary.
  • Write a letter from your father to inner child and express what you would have liked him to say to you back then or now. Once that’s done read that letter to yourself out loud, imagine you are reading this to your inner child. Do this daily as long as you feel is necessary. 
  • Listen to the re-parenting audio for at least 3-4 weeks or as long as you need it.
