Module 1 – Heart Wound Detox

Listen to this subconscious release two or three times during the week. It is intended to bring things up you need to release and let go. Make a note of what comes up for you after, any insights, memories, perspective shift, awareness etc. 

Journaling Prompts:

  • Journal about anything that you think maybe the cause of your blocks to do with love & relationships
  • How do you feel about your love blocks or love in general? 
  • How do you feel about relationships in general? What are your beliefs about relationships? 
  • What are your judgments / beliefs about men/women? 
  • Reflecting on your negative relationship patterns, what beliefs would you need to have in order to keep attracting these love blocks or negative relationship patterns? 
  • What are some of your justifications for your love blocks? 
  • Reflecting back on your previous relationships what do you feel you did wrong? What do you feel he/she did wrong? 
  • What did you love about some of your previous relationships? And what did you hate about it? 
  • Is there any ex’s that you still need to forgive? This is important as otherwise you will carry this emotional baggage to the next relationship!
