How aware are you?

About how you truly feel..
About your intuition communicating with you..
About your beliefs and habits that limit you..
About what your reality is reflecting about you..

Awareness is the ability to perceive, sense, feel and be conscious of our reality, events, circumstances as well as our thoughts, emotions, relationship dynamics and beyond!

Awareness brings insights, solutions, realisations and even inspiration.

Awareness is not necessarily a thought or perception, sometimes it is just a feeling or knowing without understanding which can grow into all of the above.

Awareness helps you understand your life lessons, process emotions and look at situations from a higher perspective.

By consciously being aware allows you to be an observer of where you are on your soul journey. It is an empowering tool to see what you still need to work on and what you must surrender.

Awareness is always expanding as you learn and grow through experiences in life, and because of this your truth is always changing from moment to moment as and when you become more aware.

Awareness is the first step in growth, healing & for transforming anything.

If you are not aware of what you are projecting, your limiting beliefs, self-sabotaging patterns, restrictive habits, negative thinking or concepts and ideas about the reality you want to shift, then it will be extremely hard for you to initiate any form of change in the right direction.

When we are not aware we miss out on fully experiencing life, we lose connection with ourselves, we make choices that perhaps are not for our best interest, we become less effective in our performance at work and can even lose the meaning of life.

So.. how do we become more aware you may ask?

Well, it’s really quite simple…

Be present.

Often we run on autopilot, somewhat unaware of what we are actually doing. This happens specially with habits that are part of our daily routine.

You must continuously bring your awareness back to the now. Be present with whatever it is that you are doing. Notice what you are feeling, sensing, hearing or thinking..

Create a habit of being the observer of your thoughts, emotions and whatever it is you are sensing.

Focus on your breath to bring you back into the moment.

By being more present not only will your awareness expand, you will naturally release stress and overthinking, cultivate inner peace, increase your creativity, feel more connected to people and life, have a greater sense of well-being and I’m sure a whole lot more..

So my lovely ones, stop right now and take a nice slow deep breath…

Bring your awareness back into your body, take all of this in..

And be here now, for now, is all there is…
