Do you feel unable to attract your heart’s desires?
What if I told you the answer is already within you?
Isn’t that empowering?
There are areas in your life where things just seem to flow. You feel good about it, you get what you desire and continue to grow without any major blocks.
On the other hand, there are other areas which where no matter how hard you “try” it almost seems that you are cursed.
You do your best and often say to yourself “this time it will be different” or “this time I will do it”, only to be hit again with the same block.
You basically go around in circles, coming to a point of exhaustion… Pause, rest, recuperate and before you know it, you are at it again without thinking twice.
Because that is what you desire.
You will probably go through this cycle many times before actually looking deeper into the issue.
The thing is, the block you are experiencing is not the actual issue. It is merely a symptom of the real issue.
Well isn’t that a relief?
So without further a due…
3 Blocks Stopping You from Attracting Your Heart’s Desires:
1. Unconscious Beliefs
“Whether you think you can or whether you think you can’t – you are right.” – Henry Ford
Your unconscious beliefs about yourself and the world will determine what you attract and how much you can achieve in life – period.
Unconscious beliefs are funny things because they are well – unconscious.
You don’t know what you unconsciously believe or don’t believe but you can certainly see it as a reflection of your reality when you decide you want something and are unable to attract or achieve it.
Think about something you want to attract or achieve that you have not been able to; be it love, career growth, healthy habits or financial stability.
Ask yourself; what would I have to believe in order to keep myself stuck in this reality or repeating the same pattern?
Now ask: When was the first time you felt this? Think back to the very first incident.
What was happening in your life that made you decide this about yourself or your life?
And there you have it.
That is your first clue to one of your unconscious limiting beliefs blocking you from attracting what you truly desire.
Our beliefs are planted in childhood. So whether you realize this or not there was an early childhood experience that made you decide that this was true about yourself or life.
It is only when you understand where these beliefs came from and can go back to consciously let go of that belief, that you will be able to move forward creating new more positive beliefs in alignment with your heart’s desires.
If there are areas in your life that you keep hitting roadblocks, I can guarantee that there are unconscious beliefs holding this pattern in place.
So get your inner shovel and start digging your unconscious mind for all those limiting beliefs that no longer serve you.
Once you find it, make a conscious decision to let that belief go and decide on a new more positive belief that is in alignment with your heart’s desire.
Claim it as yours, feel it and affirm this to yourself as often as you need to in order to reprogram your subconscious.
2. Your Self-Image
“When the imagination and will power are in conflict, the imagination will always win.” – Emile Coue
The self-image I am referring to here is how you see yourself in your mind’s eye. Yes, I am talking about your imagination.
When you think of yourself, what image comes to your mind?
Is it black and white, dark or gray?
When you see yourself in your mind, how do you think this “self-image” feels?
Do you feel sad, angry, frustrated?
Or can you see yourself feeling joy and excited about life?
Is the image small and blurry?
Do you see yourself far away and distant?
Are you alone?
You may be wondering – is this important and the answer is a big fat YES!
You see, your subconscious does not know the difference between what you think and what is actually real.
So the image you hold of yourself in your mind, to your subconscious is the REAL DEAL.
Additionally, if you have unconscious limiting beliefs in place, it goes without saying that your self-image will most likely not be a very good one.
Therefore if you continue to hold this “limited” image of yourself in your mind, you will not be able to move forward to achieve or have what you actually want even if your beliefs are now in alignment with your heart’s desires!
Why?
Because if your self-image is not in alignment with the person you need to be to have what you desire your imagination will always win.
So get creative in your mind…
Who would you be if you could have or achieve what your heart’s desire?
How would you stand?
Would you dress differently?
How would you feel?
Daydream your new positive self-image daily.
Do this and your subconscious will slowly but surely get the “message” and you will gradually start to emerge into this new positive You!
3. Aligned Action
The reason I decided to include this point is that I have seen people in both spectrums.
People who take all the action and never get anywhere due to not having their beliefs and self-image aligned.
And then there are those who only do inner work and forget about taking action!
Now get this, if you have been taking action and the above two points are not aligned with what you want – well you guessed it – you will always find a way to sabotage what you are consciously “trying” to attract or achieve.
Your beliefs create your reality.
And your imagination is stronger than your will….
So you must have the previous two steps in place before taking action. And once you do, taking action is a piece of cake!
I call this Aligned Action!
Doors will magically open, opportunities will show up out of thin air, insights and your inner guidance will push you to be at the right place at the right time and the perceived block will be dissolved.
And voila!
